Electricity is something we take for granted, but we never take safety on the job for granted at Hayden Electric.
We implement stringent standards on every project site. We involve all members of the Hayden team in safety training, including OSHA’s 10-hour certification training. Our state-certified safety committee meets monthly, as do our project managers and team leaders. Safety meetings are held quarterly for all team members.
The safety of everyone on a project site is of utmost concern. We take pride in knowing we provide the safest possible environment for employees, contractors, business owners, industry representatives and homeowners.
We know a safe working environment leads to a higher quality of service for your project, too.
We’ve also formed a voluntary partnership with OSHA to recognize and aid efforts to eliminate serious hazards and accomplish model workplace safety and health practices. Many of our electricians are certified by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), a process that involves extensive yearly training and testing.
We’ve won many awards for our commitment to safety. Safety is extremely important when you’re dealing with electrical and communications equipment – and it’s something Hayden Electric takes very seriously.
